Elfbeads Warranty Policy

At Elfbeads, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We offer a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use.

What Is Covered:

• Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship during the first 12 months from the date of purchase. A manufacturing defect means an issue caused by how the item was made.

What Is Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, tarnish, patina, oxidation changes, or surface marks.
• Damage caused by wear, accidents, impact, pressure, bending, pulling, catching, dropping, improper use, improper storage, harsh chemicals, cleaning products, or failure to follow care instructions.
• Damage after delivery.
• Cracked, chipped, or broken glass after delivery.
• Broken, bent, detached, or lost silver details after delivery. These are considered physical damage and are not covered under warranty.
• Minor movement of the silver core inside a glass bead, as long as the bead remains secure and wearable.
• Any alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by third parties.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

• If you believe your Elfbeads jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the 12-month warranty period. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos if possible.

• We will review the claim and determine whether the item qualifies for warranty coverage.

• If we determine that the item has a qualifying manufacturing defect, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Replacement depends on availability.

Warranty Limitations:

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies only to Elfbeads jewelry purchased directly from Elfbeads or from an authorized Elfbeads retailer.
